Employee Benchmarking & Workforce Analytics

First we create a job posting, next we add Keywords and Skills. This helps us target your job posting only to the right candidates.

Then you choose how you want to market your job to Climber.com's 200,000 registered users and the 1,000,000 or so users who stop by on a monthly basis.

Post & Mail:

With Post & Mail your posting will be emailed to people who have the right skills, experience and background. Additionally, when these Climbers log into their Dashboard, they will see your job as a recommended job. About 30% of our uses conduct an active search on Climber.com, your job posting will show up as a featured job in this area as well.

Option 1: Climber.com Search, Review and Invite

Most of Climber.com's clients also choose to add Search, Review and Invite. This allows them to review profiles and invite interesting candidates. Each and every invite is then contacted by a Climber.com advocate on the phone and through email. Yes, we call your invites! Our purpose is to let them know that their profiles was reviewed and they were invited your job. If they are interested we forward their contact information to you! You only talk to qualified candidates who are interested in learning more about your opportunity.

Option 2: Employee Benchmarking & Workforce Analytics

If you are interested in finding candidates who have the best chance of succeeding in your organization, Climber.com offers Employee Benchmarking. Your best performers complete the a 20 to 30 minute Work Values assessment and profiling process to establish your organization's DNA. This is done at CompanyDNA.com, your employees will not be included in the Climber.com database. Once complete, your CompanyDNA is used to recommend Climbers who are a great fit for your organization. Simply review and invite the candidates that are appealing and they will be contacted by a Climber.com Advocate on the phone and through email. Those candidates who are qualified, available and interested will opt in and Climber.com will send their contact information and resume. Again, you are only talking with candidates who are interested in your organization and opportunity.

Climber.com also provides Workforce Analytics based upon all employees who completed the assessment and evaluation process. This information helps Recruiters and Hiring Managers understand what motivates their best employees. They also discover their values and a deeper understanding of their background including past employer ratings.
